Timetable
- From Monday to Friday: 8:00h to 21:30h
- Saturday: 9:00h to 14:00h and 16:00h to 20:00h
- Sunday and bank holidays: 9:00h to 14:00h
INSTRUCTOR-LED CLASSES WEEKLY PROGRAM
High intensity:
- CYCLING: aerobic activity that trembles força, endurance and speed on a fixed bicycle
- TABATA: entrenament intens amb curta durations intervals
Medium / high Intensity:
- GAC: leg, buttocks and abdominal exercises. It works the lower body and the core area (trunk)
- CARDIOTONO: combination of cardiovascular exercises with toning exercises for the whole body.
- TBC COMPLET: functional circuit exercise, cardiovascular amb series
- TOTALBODY: muscle treball from tot el cos amb exercicis d’aixecament de peses.
Medium Intensity:
- AEROZUMBA: Choreography amb passes bàsiques de ball llatí, millora the aerobic resistance.
Low / Medium intensity:
- ABD: Maintenance and improvement of muscle tone in the abdominal area..
- STRETCHES: Relaxation exercises and stretching of the whole body.
Low Intensity:
- GYMNASTICS FOR THE ELDERLY: : Gentle gymnastics for the elderly, aiming at joint mobility, strengthening muscles and improving agility.
- POSTURAL GYMNASTICS: Specific activity of different toning techniques, such as Fitness, Ioga and Pilates, afavorint postural reeducation, flexibility and the importance of relaxation.
