- From Monday to Friday: 8:00h to 21:30h

- Saturday: 9:00h to 14:00h and 16:00h to 20:00h

- Sunday and bank holidays: 9:00h to 14:00h

INSTRUCTOR-LED CLASSES WEEKLY PROGRAM 2019

Program of instructor-led classes, from Monday to Sunday, except holidays. Minimum 3 people.  

High intensity:

  • CYCLING: cardiovascular work on an exercise bike 
  • CARDIO GAC: work of buttocks, abdominals and legs with a combination of cardiovascular exercises
  • TABATA: intense training with short-term intervals
  • AEROBOX: boxing exercises, accompanied and synchronized with music.

High/Medium Intensity:

  • TBC COMPLET: functional or circuit exercises, with cardiovascular series

Medium intensity:

  • JUMPING: exercises with the use of an elastic mat, Cardiovascular work with music synchronization.
  • CIRCUITO GAC: functional buttocks, abdominal and leg exercises, in series and with rotation
  • FUNCIONAL: diversity of integrated exercises, organized in work stations
  • ZUMBA STEP: choreography with basic steps of Latin dance or modern dance, using the step as material, improving aerobic resistance.
  • MIX TBC: Total Boy Conditioning. Dynamic sessions, with series of simple exercises and intervals of cardiovascular activity, small choreographies of zumba.
  • ZUMBA: choreography with basic steps of Latin dance, improves aerobic resistance.

Low Intensity:

  • ABD / ESTIRAMIENTOS: maintenance and improvement of the muscle tone of the abdominal area.
  • GYM FOR THE ELDERLY: gentle gymnastics for the elderly, seeking joint mobility, strengthening muscles and improving agility.
  • POSTURAL GYMNASTICS: Specific activity of different toning techniques, with Fitness, Ioga and Pilates exercises, favoring postural reeducation, flexibility and the importance of relaxation.
